The easiest, fastest dressing which I make almost daily is my favorite tahini dressing. Low in fat, per person only uses 1 tbsp. of tahini, rich in calcium. It whips up in two minutes. I use it mostly on greens but also on grated cabbage. My favorite greens …. romaine lettuce! Crunchy, not bitter and it keeps much longer in the fridge than softer lettuce.

I mix the ingredients in the bowl which I will be using for the salad. Just love using the organic tahini from Artisana, it is very creamy, non GMO and is made using a low temperature grinding method which keeps it raw.
I love it like this, delicious way to get your greens in! But the salad is also delicious with some grated carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers or shredded red cabbage added in.
