Quick, delicious and healthy. This green mango banana spinach smoothie is the perfect way to start the day.
Ingredients for 1 big smoothie,
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- big handful of organic spinach
- 1 celery stick, chopped
- 4 inch cucumber, chopped
- 1 to 2 bananas, one can be frozen
- 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
Blend until smooth and creamy!
