Many women over 40, like me, we have tried all kinds of diets and healthy eating plans and often failed or gave up after a while. And then the fear of failure kicked in when it comes to our health and diet journey.

Leading to even more doubts and the temptation to give up before giving it a fair chance.

But remember, every setback is a setup for a comeback. I know this sounds cheezy but it is the truth! You only fail if you give up or don’t even start right?!  This time can be different with the right mindset and tools.

  2. Be Consistent:

  3. Track Your Progress:
    1. Keep a journal or use an app to track what you eat, how you feel, and any challenges you face. This helps you stay accountable and see your progress over time.

  4. Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge and celebrate every small success. This keeps you motivated and reminds you of the progress you’re making. Small steps add up and lead to big results.
  5. Find Support: Surround yourself with supportive friends or join a community of like-minded women. Sharing your journey can provide motivation and accountability. The answer to not feeling overwhelmed or not know what to do can be education and professional support. Look for someone to help you. A coach, courses or a guide to set you on the right path.
