May be something for the weekend or after a day of too much indulgence and too little sleep!?

A detox is also a great kickstart for a new way of eating and a brand new lifestyle.

Every single day we are bombarded with all kinds of toxines like additives, preservatives, pesticides, cosmetics, air we breath & medication.

A detox day  … Always start the day with a big glas of lukewarm lemon and a glas of water spiked with a tsp of sole. This will hydrate, alkalize, nourish and wake up the body. Sole delivers a boost of alkalizing minerals  and the lemon water awakens the liver which in reaction dumps the toxines it has accumulated overnight. To keep hydrating and flushing the body clean you will also need a lot of water. These can be spaced between the juices, always leaving half an hour before and after a meal.  

Breakfast
Vitamin C & E Juice, 2 portions 
2 handfuls of spinach 1 head romaine lettuce 3 stalks of celery 2 big carrots 1 and 1/2 cucumber, peeled if not organic 1/2 green apple, optional 1/2 lemon, peeled piece of ginger to taste Juice.

Snack Vit. C & E juice, second portion, leftovers from breakfast

Lunch Green Power Soup 1/2 zucchini 1 small hand of parsley 2 stalks of celery 1/2 lemon, peeled 1 big handful of spinach 1/2 avocado 1 cup of water or almond milk. Blend.

Snack Red Detox Juice 1 medium red beet 1 cucumber, peeled if not organic 1 big carrot a smal piece of ginger Juice.

Dinner A great alkalizing shake, restores pH balans, hydrates and nourishes the body. Rich in protein, vitamin E & calcium. 1 cup almond milk 6 inch cucumber, peeled if not organic 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar little pinch Himalaya sea salt 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds smal handful of fresh dill may be a few ice cubes to make it nice and cold.
Blend & Njoy!

Snack Goodnight juice…. 1 medium bulb of fennel Handful of snow peas or a broccoli stalk 1 cucumber, peeled if not organic 1/2 green apple, optional 1/4 lemon, peeled Juice.

A good nights sleep is so important for optimal health! Our body detoxes during the night, so late night snacking interrupts this proces.
