This delicious chocolate chia pudding filled with nutrients, omega 3’s and anti-oxidants. The great thing about a plant based vegan diet is that you can eat your dessert for breakfast!
Ingredients,
- 1/2 cup almond milk or this delicious home made allergen free Tiger Nut Milk made with these organic tiger nuts
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener like maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder stirred with 2 Tbsp. water
- cacao nibs or a small square of dark chocolate as topping
Mix all the ingredients and stir it a few times during the first 5 minutes. Leave it to thicken for up to 30 minutes or over night. Serve with some crunchy cacao nibbs or some broken pieces of chocolate.
