- 3 celery sticks
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- pink salt and black pepper to taste
Blend until creamy. With more water this spread can be a great dressing for a salad.
