These wraps are filled with a suflowerseed pate, tomato, avocado, olives and arugula, delicious!
Ingredients for the pate,
- 1/4 cup soaked sunflowerseeds, rinsed
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 celery sticks
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- pink salt and black pepper to taste
Blend until creamy. With more water it can be a delicious dressing for a salad.
