A delicious Berry Chia Pudding can be breakfast, a snack or a dessert right!?
Chia seeds are wonderful little seeds loaded with omega 3, anti-oxidants, minerals, protein and fiber. They can multiple there volume up to 12 times, they fill you up and keep you hydrated.
They have no particular taste so can be easily added to anything. When soaked they become gel-like, a great addition to smoothies and puddings. I like to blend a tbsp chia seeds in with my smoothies to add healthy fats and omega 3.

Rich in omega 3-6-9 in the right proportions,
3 X more iron then spinach
8 X more omega 3 than salmon
6 X more calcium than milk
30 X more anti-oxidants than blueberries
