It is almost New Years Eve! Getting ready for a fresh start or building along the path you are on, it is a magical evening! I hope you are enjoying these last days of the year and may be having a few days off!
A party without too much sugar and alcohol can be delicious! These cocktails can be enjoyed throughout the whole day and are nourishing for the body. And taste good & look pretty, for the superficial party me! I have a pair of drinks for you to try, easy to make! You will be needing some fruit, ice, a sieve, a blender, nice glasses and a party smile!
Pink Cocktail,
made of pomegranate seeds, fozen to get it nice and chilled. You can always add some extra ice cubes. You will be needing these ingredients for two cocktails,
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup fresh pink grapefruit jce
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. honey or rice syrup
- handful of fresh mint leaves, leave a few for garnish
- ice cubes
Piña Colada,
a classick! Without added sugar and alcohol, to be enjoyed all day! For 2 cocktails you will be needing the following ingredients,
- 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 kop coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
- fresh ground black pepper, optional
- ice cubes
And my new favorite! For some bubbles is water kefir a great solution! Loaded with healthy probiotics, mildly sweet and easy to make. It needs some TLC but once you get used to it itt will be a part of your daily to do’s! This one is not doable for tonight but I will be posting a how to about water kefir soon!
