First, I would love to share a few things about myself, about my motivation and my lifestyle.
My name is Tina, I’m a mom, yoga lover and enthusiastic plant-eater. Always in search of a healthy, pure, wholefoods based and balanced lifestyle.
Welcome to my website! I hope you will find lots of inspiration, motivation and information on health, weight management, untamed energy and beauty at any age. I would love to share everything I know and learn with you.
I believe that small, easy changes add up to huge steps forward. Just start!
Who thought that I would be doing this? Well, for sure not me!
I never would have believed that I would be writing e-books and courses, that I would have a website to inspire people on adding more healthy, plant based wholefoods to their diet.
Now I run this website you’re on about healing, weight loss, more energy, beauty and taking your health back into your own hands.
Now almost a decade ago I was in assumption of being healthy, btw. slim does not always equals healthy, a new concept to me back then. It seems like from one day to the next that I was hospitalized with a huge autoimmune reaction. Nothing was working as it should, I was in a lot of pain, literary couldn’t walk. I felt defeated and so sad. Away from my kids and husband, away from my home. It took quite a while before they figured it all out. Years of a bad diet and selling my body short, stress and unconscious living have led to this moment.
After all the scans, pictures, biopsy, blood tests etc. came the conclusion that it was a massive autoimmune reaction. That is when your body attacks itself thinking it is the enemy. When looking back I realize that I actually had these reaction before, but much less significant and therefor did not pay enough attention to them. Well, there it was and a truckload of medicine “to make it all go away”.
When I could think straight again I started to follow my intuition, my heart and started this journey of discovery, inspiration, healing and health.
Desperately looking for information. I knew and believed with whole my heart and soul that I could heal myself, make my body strong and whole again. Every day I discovered something new, trying to find my way I was going through piles of books. Learning about the magical influence of food and lifestyle on my health.
Rediscovering food and seeing the beauty and power of it. And most of all, seeing it as a friend.
And then “back to school” …
I am now a certified nutritionist and also did a study on orthomoleculaire therapy.
I added a raw chef certificate level 1 and 2 from Matthew Kenney’s Academy to this to make those healthy meals pretty and tasty!
Last year I added the weight loss certification and women’s health certification from Wellness Forum Health / Pamela Popper to the list.
I use my own experience and education to help people who are drawn tot his lifestyle. Now I am focusing on helping women to lose weight the healthy way and write about natural beauty and anti-aging for over 40.
